Identity Verification Criteria - The full legal name (including surname and given name), nationality, date of birth (DOB), and identification number on the submitted identification document must exactly match the information provided during registration. IV. Proof of Residential Address (For Users in Restricted Countries) Users residing in restricted countries (e.g., Mainland China and Singapore) must submit valid proof of residential address.
