Personal Verification - Level 1 I. Required Documents for KYC Verification To complete the KYC verification process, users must submit one valid, government-issued identification document from the following list: - Passport (biographical information page) - National Identification Card (NRIC or equivalent) (front and back) - Driver’s License (front and back) Document Submission Requirements: - All documents must be uploaded as high-quality, full-color photographs. - Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG. Scanned copies, screenshots, or photocopies will not be accepted. - The entire document must be fully visible within the frame of the photo. Cropped, partially visible, or obstructed images will be rejected. - For National Identification Cards and Driver’s Licenses, both the front and back must be uploaded, and the background must be consistent in both images. - Expired documents will not be accepted. - Tampered, digitally modified, or downloaded identification documents are strictly prohibited. Submission of such documents will result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. II. Live Photo Submission All identification documents must be uploaded as a live photograph taken at the time of submission. - Pre-captured, edited, or previously dated images will not be accepted. - The document must be laid flat and fully visible, without cropping, glare, reflections, or obstructions. III. Identity Verification Criteria - The full legal name (including surname and given name), nationality, date of birth (DOB), and identification number on the submitted identification document must exactly match the information provided during registration. If no middle name is available, only the surname and given name should be provided. - Each identity can only be used for a single account. Duplicate registrations using the same identity are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. - If a KYC application is rejected, the user must correct the issue and re-submit an identification document belonging to the same individual. - Using an identity document under a different name or belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. - The user may choose to re-submit the same document or provide an alternative valid document (e.g., passport, national ID, or driver’s license) under the same name. IV. Proof of Residential Address (For Users in Restricted Countries) Users residing in restricted countries (e.g., Mainland China and Singapore) must submit valid proof of residential address. Acceptable documents include: - Bank Statements - Utility Bills (e.g., electricity, gas, water, phone, tax bills) - Government-issued tax or utility bills Exceptions for Singapore and Mainland China: - Users who are citizens of Singapore or Mainland China can only access our services if they provide a valid residential address located outside the restricted jurisdictions. - Proof of overseas residential address (dated within the last 3 months) is required. Acceptable documents include bank statements, utility bills, tax bills, etc. Additional Requirements: - The residential address on the uploaded document must match the address provided during registration. - Users may be asked to provide a resident identification document from their country of residence for further verification. V. Jurisdictional Restrictions The following countries and regions are ineligible for personal or enterprise services: - United States of America - People's Republic of China (Mainland China) - Crimea - Cuba - Iran - Russia - Venezuela - North Korea - Syria - Singapore - Any entity or individual subject to restrictions under applicable trade sanctions and export control laws
